First aid for our customers

Safak has been part of our Customer Care Center since 2021. As part of our office hotline support team, he is the first point of contact for our customers in the event of a system malfunction. Certainly not always easy, but very varied. Because every fault report is unique. No problem for the 29-year-old: Thanks to his technical expertise, his open manner and his team colleagues who have his back, Safak has been able to help every customer.

 

Every day, our customers call our customer care centre with a wide range of concerns, and that's when Safak is on hand. As a hotline support employee, he is the first point of contact for customers. After the situation has been explained to him, it is up to Safak to decide what the next steps are. In the best case scenario, he can help the caller on the phone and solve the problem together with him. If the situation is a little trickier, he can react immediately and take further steps. The trained electrical engineer never gets bored at LTW: "As every customer inquiry is different from the next, I always have to decide on a case-by-case basis what the best approach is. This definitely makes my job very varied, but also challenging at times.”

When it comes to the question of what, in his opinion, constitutes good hotline support, Safak has a clear answer: ‘Technical knowledge and the necessary expertise relating to our products and services are certainly essential. However, in my opinion, good customer relations and friendliness are at least as important.’ In addition to his apprenticeship as an electrician, he has completed various control courses and worked as a maintenance technician, which have prepared him perfectly for his job. The 29-year-old already has a friendly and humorous nature. What motivates him every day? The good working atmosphere and the good relationship with the management. The relatively young service team has grown together over the years and real friendships have developed. This not only makes his working day easier, but also makes it more enjoyable.
